Cancellation policy
Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order processes. Cancellations made after an order has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle — we are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped.

Subscription Modifications You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription (frequency, quantity, or product selection) at any time before your next scheduled order date. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Pre-Orders Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Failed Payments If a subscription payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription will be paused until updated payment information is provided.
Refunds on Cancelled Subscriptions Cancellations are not eligible for a refund on the current billing period. Refunds are only issued if a cancellation request was submitted before the order was processed.
