Refund policy
Perishable Products (Coffee, Tea & Consumables) Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used coffee, tea, or any consumable items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Merchandise (Mugs & Gear) Unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Damaged or Defective Items If any item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at thecoffeepalate@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll ship the correct item immediately at no charge.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
