Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Freshness & Packaging: Our coffees are small-batch roasted to order. To preserve peak freshness, orders may be held briefly post-roast before shipping. All products are packaged in resealable, airtight bags to maintain quality during transit.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at thecoffeepalate@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be available in the future — stay tuned!
